Since we already have a OS X toolbar application (AndTekBar.app) to control our AndTek call center queues, I've thought it'll be nice to achieve this on our mobile devices (iPhone / iPad) as well. AndTekUI is web app, which makes use of a little poor man's PHP API to talk and communicate with the AndTek server. It has a "Dashboard" view to show the actual status of the call center queues you're assigned to as well as an "Agents" view to show the status of your coworkers.
